• Water bottle with the student throughout the school day.
• No restrictions on drinking water.
• Access during testing, assemblies, specials, recess, field trips, and transportation when feasible.

🚻 Unlimited bathroom access

• Use the restroom whenever needed.
• No penalties for frequent bathroom use.
• Bathroom breaks should not be delayed.

🌡️ Heat precautions

• Extra water access in hot weather.
• Cooling or indoor breaks as medically appropriate.
• Staff awareness that heat can increase dehydration risk.

🎒 Emergency supplies

• Extra water.
• Spare clothes and continence supplies if needed.
• Medication, feeding-tube, or catheter supplies when applicable.

🍎 Dietary accommodations

• Permission for medically necessary foods.
• Low-sodium/low-solute meals when prescribed.
• Parent notification about classroom food events when possible.

• Emergency supplies and clear instructions for dislodgement, clogging, leakage, or stoma concerns.
